ZPM Motorsports Return Policy
At ZPM Motorsports, we take pride in the quality and performance of every product we design and sell. Because our parts are often used in high-stress, performance, and motorsport environments, it’s important that customers understand the limits and terms of our return policy. Please read the following carefully before submitting a return request.
General Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell and want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all hardware, documentation, and accessories.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required. We will check if we have one in our system if one cannot be provided, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to show proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is issued.
We reserve the right to deny returns and refunds that do not meet these criteria or appear to have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Parts that have been installed, used, modified, painted, powder coated, welded, or otherwise altered.
Custom or made-to-order products.
Electrical components once opened or connected.
Clearance, sale, or final-sale items.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Once a product has been installed or used on a vehicle, it is considered the property of the customer and cannot be returned or refunded.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To help us process your claim quickly, include the following in your message:
Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
ZPM Motorsports reserves the right to inspect and test any returned item before confirming a defect.
Please note that damage caused by improper installation, misuse, racing accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming the status of your return.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of verified product defects or shipping errors on our part.
If a return arrives here and then is denied, the item can be shipped back to the customer at their expense if requested.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct part.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped or entered production (for custom items), it cannot be canceled.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or report an issue, email us at [your email] with:

Photos or videos of the item (if applicable)
A brief description of the issue or reason for return
Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps and return instructions.
Please do not ship items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
Additional Terms & Disclaimer
ZPM Motorsports is not responsible for labor costs, installation fees, vehicle damage, or any consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify fitment, compatibility, and intended use prior to installation.
All products are intended for off-road and motorsport use only, unless otherwise specified.
By purchasing and installing ZPM Motorsports products, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with high-performance and modified vehicle use.
