Can I return my product for xyz reason?

We accept returns within 30 days as long as the part hasn’t been installed or used and is still in its original packaging. You just need proof of purchase and to cover return shipping. If you got the wrong item or something arrived damaged, reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Our full return policy can be found Here

How long does shipping take?

Most items are shipped out the same day unless you order later at night or on the weekends, in which case they will be shipped out either the next morning or on Monday. You’ll receive tracking information when your order is ready. If a part is out of stock or on backorder, then it will be stated on the page. Some products are made to order and fabrication time will be necessary, this will be stated on the product page.

Do your parts come with a warranty?

All ZPM Motorsports products are built and tested for performance and reliability. We cover defects in materials or workmanship, but not damage from misuse, improper installation, or racing incidents. We wont screw you over, but replacements or refunds are at our discretion. Do not hit a wall and call us for a refund. Contact us with all the details and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I get a discount for bulk or team orders?

Yes! Select products do have discounts for bulk orders or sponsored drivers. Contact us with details about your order or team to see what we offer.

Do you sponsor drivers?

Yes! We are actively looking for drivers to sponsor. Contact us with your proposal and we’ll see if you’re a good fit with ZPM Motorsports.

What if my product was lost or damaged in transit?

Contact us immediately. We’ll help file a claim with the carrier and work on a replacement or solution as quickly as possible. If you wait longer than 14 days after the estimated delivery time, we cannot help you.
